Court documents presented by the prosecution allege Nicholas Tartaglione and his conspirators lured Martin Luna to the Likquid Lounge in Chester under false pretenses in an effort to recover their stolen money. Luna arrived at the bar with his two nephews and a friend. Prosecutors say Luna was killed at the bar on April 11, 2016 while Tartaglione was present. The other three were allegedly killed and buried in the same mass grave later the same day, the Record reported.

Tartaglione’s lawyer had requested full disclosure of the prosecution's documents in an effort to avoid the death penalty for his client, the Record said.
